Win-win must learn to give up

In the vicinity of our company, there is a small, inconspicuous street. However, it is such a small street, but it is a very lively and extraordinary. It may be because of work, I have to shuttle with it every day, so that now it is an inseparable part of my life. The bustling crowd, the hustle and bustle of the screaming, the smoky scent, the scent of the nose constitutes a larger feature.

However, it often leaves a little bit of unhappiness and regret. Take this morning, it is because in order to pull a few guests, the sale of tofu brains and the sale of the bun bun is a big fight, but it is earth-shattering and unforgettable! But it is a bit puzzled. As the saying goes, "Peer is a family," but this is not a big surprise for peers. In general, it’s a curse of two words – interest!

This is a sad thing. However, we have found a profound problem. I am wondering why it is so difficult for people to understand each other and change their interests. What's more, there is no big conflict of interest between them. To put it bluntly, they all look too much about their own interests, but they ignore the possibility of a win-win result. Because there is no competition between them at all in terms of products. On the contrary, if they can cooperate with each other and recommend each other's things, isn't that a better result? Because it is often multifaceted and multi-faceted in terms of human needs. Take this matter, it is impossible to drink tofu brains only with tofu brains, and those who eat burritos buns will not only eat sesame buns. According to people's eating habits, the two are often involved.

This not only reminds me of a story about marketing that I have spoken in college. The story is like this. There is an orange cut in half and given to two children. The former child likes to drink orange juice, so he left the orange meat and threw away the peel. For the second child, the peel was useful to him, so he threw away the orange. Through these two stories, we can easily find the same place among them, that is, they all waste resources, and have not achieved a greater benefit and a win-win result.

In fact, many of our current companies are not facing the same results, even in many departments or between departments. This is extremely unfavorable for the development of the enterprise. This is a huge waste for the enterprise. The impact on the enterprise is obvious, and the side effect on the enterprise is enormous. In the face of fierce competition from contemporary enterprises, we need to effectively reduce our own consumption, save costs, and drive greater benefits. This requires us to pay high attention in many aspects. A win-win situation is often an important manifestation of it, but I find that people often give up a win-win situation for a little unworthy benefit. In fact, in order to achieve a win-win result, we must first learn to give up. We can no longer stay in the traditional old-fashioned thinking. We must innovate and we must learn to think backwards. The so-called abandonment is something that is not enough threat or loss for us, and these things are extremely useful to others. In a way, this kind of thing is something we exchange for the other side but is valuable to us. In fact, I believe that a win-win situation is only an inevitable outcome of the development of the commodity economy. It is only a higher form of commodity exchange.
