In fact, clothing contains a variety of safety factors, not just formaldehyde, but also ph value, color fastness, etc. In these areas the country has relevant regulations, if exceeded, there are certain risks to human health. However, in the past few years, people have paid more attention to food safety and have not paid much attention to clothing safety. China's "National Safety Technical Code for Textile Products" clearly stipulates the existence of allowable limits for formaldehyde content: Class A products, ie baby products, whose formaldehyde content must be lower than 20 mg/kg; Class B products, ie direct contact Human skin products, formaldehyde content must be less than 75 mg / kg; C-type products, that is, non-direct contact with human skin products, the formaldehyde content must be less than 300 mg / kg.

Selection: Formaldehyde mainly comes from cheap dyes and auxiliaries, so parents should not buy clothes for children who have undergone anti-wrinkle treatment. Pay attention to the print on the pattern not to be very hard, and do not buy clothing with particularly bright colors.

Smell: Whether there is a particularly strong irritating odor in children's clothes, you should open the outer bag carefully to discern.

Wash: Formaldehyde is relatively easy to dissolve in water. To prevent it, after the children's clothing is bought and returned home, don't wait for the child to put on it. It is better to rinse it with plenty of water and then wear it, especially the intimate underwear, so as not to endanger Children's health.
