2, the quality of fabric requirements: some customers on the fabric tear strength and pull strength requirements are relatively high, then choose a good fabric. Some customers have relatively high requirements on the color fastness of fabrics, and all of them require more than 4 grades. We must use good dyes and good dyeing techniques. Therefore, if the customer's requirements are relatively high, raw material costs or processing costs will increase.
3, the form of quotation: foreign customers generally require some form of price quotes, such as CIF\FOB or EX-MILL.
4. Packaging requirements: Some customers require packaging only, and some customers require plastic bags. The cost of various packaging is different. Therefore, in the quoting money, the merchandiser must first clarify the customer's inquiry conditions, the inquiry conditions are different, and the prices are naturally different. After clarifying the conditions for the inquiry, the merchandiser shall quote on the basis of the company's quotation principle and make a quotation based on different types of fabrics. When a foreign trade company quotes foreign customers, it may not directly consider the production costs of the fabric, but directly compare the prices of different manufacturers. For production companies to quote foreign trade companies or apparel companies, they must consider the production costs of fabrics, and should also consider the required quotations, such as distribution methods, dual distribution methods or processing methods.
