(formerly Shanghai Cheng Yan Feng Industrial Co., Ltd.) signed an exclusive franchise with Sanrio Co., Limited in 2004 for the operation of a Chinese specialty store. The company is jointly funded by Hong Kong Feida Hat Industry Holdings Co., Ltd. and Hong Kong Shancheng Group (PPW for short). It is the only authorized Sanrio store to operate Sanrio stores.
