(6) Cancel the responsibility for issuing welding electrode production licenses.
(7) Cancellation of the responsibility for issuing glasses production licenses.
(8) Decentralize the establishment of the social justice measurement line (station) examination and approval authority to the municipal quality supervision administrative department.
(9) The responsibility for the administrative license and compulsory inspection of cosmetics production, the compulsory certification responsibility for medical devices, and the responsibility for food safety inspection and testing shall be assigned to the Provincial Food and Drug Administration by the Provincial Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau.
(10) Strengthen the responsibility for product quality recall.
